Description

The working principle of Snap Acting Relays SAR is closely related to its internal structure, control pressure signal and control mode. Internal structure: Air controlled directional valve is usually composed of valve body, spool, seat, spring and other components. When the gas-controlled reversing valve is in different working states, the spool will produce different displacements on the seat, thereby changing the on-off state of the gas path and realizing the reversing action of the pneumatic actuator. Control air pressure signal: The gas-controlled reversing valve changes the connection state of the gas path by controlling the on-off of the air source, so as to control the movement direction of the pneumatic actuator. When the air source passes into the gas-controlled directional valve, the spool will be affected by the gas pressure, resulting in a corresponding displacement, so that the gas path can be connected and the pneumatic actuator can work; When the air source is disconnected, the spool will be subjected to the action of the spring, so that the air path is disconnected and the pneumatic actuator stops working. Control mode: Air-controlled directional valve can be controlled by manual, electromagnetic, pneumatic and other means. Different control methods will affect the working state and working effect of the gas-controlled directional valve, but its basic working principle is to realize the reversing action of the pneumatic actuator by controlling the on-off of the air source.
