2-PC Full Bore Metal-Seated Flanged Ball Valve Hard sealed is to control the flow and truncation of the medium by rotating the ball. When the ball is rotated to the position of close fitting with the sealing surface of the valve seat, the valve is closed, and the hard sealing material can ensure that the valve does not leak under harsh conditions such as high pressure and high temperature. When the ball is rotated to the position separated from the sealing surface of the seat, the valve is open and the medium can pass smoothly.

• High pressure and high temperature resistance: the hard sealing material has high strength and hardness, can withstand high pressure and temperature, and is suitable for harsh conditions such as high pressure and high temperature.

• Stable sealing performance: hard sealing materials are not easy to deform or wear, so the sealing performance is stable and reliable, and the service life is long.

• Limited corrosion resistance: Although hard sealing materials have some corrosion resistance, their corrosion resistance is limited compared to soft sealing materials and may not be suitable for some highly corrosive media.
