Description

The Full Bore Seated Flanged Ball Valve controls the flow and truncation of the medium by rotating the sphere. When the ball is rotated to the position of the sealing surface of the seat, the valve is closed, and the soft sealing material can ensure that the valve is closed without leakage. When the ball is rotated to the position separated from the sealing surface of the seat, the valve is open and the medium can pass smoothly.

Product Features

• Good sealing: the soft sealing material has good elasticity and plasticity, and can be closely fitted with the ball sealing surface to achieve good sealing effect.

• Strong corrosion resistance: soft sealing materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE have good corrosion resistance and can be applied to a variety of corrosive media.

• Relatively short service life: Because the soft sealing material is relatively easy to wear, its service life is relatively short and it needs to be replaced regularly.

• Large restrictions on temperature and pressure: soft sealing materials are easy to deform or fail in high temperature and high pressure environments, so the use of soft sealing of two-piece flanged ball valves is limited to a certain extent.
