Rubber-lined Diaphragm Valve

Rubber-lined Diaphragm Valve is placed directly on the valve seat through the stem to shut off or connect the fluid system. When the valve is closed, the diaphragm is tightly pressed against the seat, forming a seal to prevent the medium from passing through; When the valve is opened, the diaphragm is lifted, creating a channel that allows the medium to flow.

• Good sealing performance: Because the diaphragm is made of soft materials such as rubber or plastic, it has good sealing property. The medium in the valve will not leak from the valve body and the valve cover connection, and the upper and lower reaches of the valve can be completely cut off without internal leakage.

• Low fluid resistance: The flow path design of the sanitary diaphragm valve is reasonable, and the resistance of the fluid passing is small, which can reduce energy consumption.

• Flexible operation: This valve has the advantages of simple structure, beautiful appearance, quick disassembly and flexible operation.

• Corrosion resistance: Due to the diversity of lining, sanitary diaphragm valves have good chemical resistance and are suitable for a variety of corrosive media.

• Non-contamination: Since the operating mechanism of the diaphragm valve is not exposed to the transport fluid, it is not polluting, does not require packing, and the stem packing part does not leak.
